My wife and I drove to Texas on 12DEC23. Going through Slidell, LA we stopped at WENDYS 277 SLIDELL, LA for salads and drinks. When we got to the window the lady had our stuff, but went back in the store. Then came right back. We ate our salads and drove to Texas. That night, while visiting family, both of our stomachs started to become very nauseas. We both got food poisoning. We healed up in a few days, but my guts did not. When we got back home I was tested for a number of parasites and bacteria. After a month of tests I was found to have C-Diff. We did not keep a copy of the receipt, but I have attached a copy of the payment (13DEC23) below. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
