My husband is sick after eating and having a meal at McAlister's. He mentioned the lemonade tasted different and only drank half. Hours later he has had belching and severe nausea...some diarrhea. also ate a 4 cheese melt sandwich (with no tomato) and a bag of closed sea salt chips, but we still go back to the lemonade. He made a comment to me about it into the meal and stopped drinking it. Told me later it was a different kind of sour. It has been a long night with VERY watery diarrhea and since he's never been able to vomit easily, he did have lots of "spit"...constant belching, etc. I've had no issues and I ordered tea & the Club sandwich. Very concerned on what practices are used in maintaining and keeping their machine clean...how employees are trained and the ingredients used.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

our salads and drove to Texas. That night, while visiting family, both of our stomachs started to become very nauseas. We both got food poisoning. We healed up in a few days, but my guts did not. When we got back home I was tested for a number of parasites and bacteria. After a month of tests I was found to have C-Diff. We did not keep a copy of the receipt, but I have attached a copy of the payment (13DEC23) below.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
