Chili Causes Severe Illness - Wendy's, Ocala Florida

Chili with cheese, 2 people had the chili. 20 to 30 min later stomach cramps. Chills and fever. Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea throughout the evening and night. Headache. Diarrhea and vomiting stopped about 10 hours later but stomach cramps continued with nausea and headache. Could not eat or drink anything. The next day totally wiped out and uncomfortable.
