Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Wendy's, Willowick Ohio

July 6/7 2021, The new chicken sandwich I enjoyed the chicken sandwich with some fries and a coke. About 2/3 hours later I got extremely bloated.  Tums and Gasx did nothing. I went to bed and when I started moving around I suddenly got diarrhea and was vomiting at the same time.  Quite gross. I went back to bed about 9 am and slept until 4:30 pm. I had an extremely bad headache also.  My body was achy also.  That’s about it. I still have a touchy stomach but now feel mostly like my usual self | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Gas, Bloating, Body Ache
