- comments: observed washbowl sink in men's restroom not functioning due to no water being available. Instructed to repair and maintain sink so that is capable of delivering hot and cold running water under pressure. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: unable to locate grease trap at 3 compartment sink. Instructed to either locate and tag or install in accordance with all relevant codes and regulations.
