Wendy's
Ordered double bacon and Gouda burger and fries. Five hours later I'm throwing up, horrible cramping and then the diarrhea started in. This lasted about four hours. I couldn't drink any water and got super dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
