Portabella mushroom double cheeseburger--typical food poisoning sx including fever, nausea, explosive diarrhea x 36 hours +. I am a physician--had nothing les to eat that day except the Wendy burger. I suspect the mushroom sauce sits for days w/o being changed--is a Petri dish growing E. coli--just waiting for its next victim. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
