I'm pretty sure it was from lettuce on a homestyle chicken sandwich. It was the only thing I ate yesterday (along with fries and a medium frosty). I've had a long week and went to bed early, there wasn't time to eat anything else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
