Food Safety Report: Wendy's.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and ghost pepper fries and a natural lemonade around 1:08 pm and ate at the location. I went back to work and started to have blurred vision and start feeling extremely hot. I vomited a few times back to back. I felt unfocused. I started to cry because of feeling so sick and went home. I vomited some more at home and more. Today which is the next morning i still feel a little out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
