Food Safety Report: Wendy's.

On June 4, I ordered a plain hamburger, fries, frosty, and strawberry lemonade and hours later I felt pressure in my stomach and then I began vomiting uncontrollably and had diarrhea that lasted for 2 hours. This is food poisoning and I advise everyone not to eat at this location. They need to be inspected by a health inspector ASAP. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
