Wendy's
Ordered a chicken pecan salad at noon. By 2 o'clock I was ill and had to go home and leave work. My coworker ordered the barbecue chicken salad and had the same symptoms and had to go home. I think the lettuce was tainted. | Symptoms: Nausea
