I had got the single stacked with everything expect pickles along with fries and sweet tea. Later that night i ended up getting sick, having horrible cramping, and was constantly on the toilet. Not to mention im 11 weeks pregnant and dont know what i can do to take this all away and if its hurting my unborn child. Its been going on for two days now and still continuing. I dont know if it was the hamburger or the tea that i got from there but this all didnt start until the night my family and i had wendys. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
