Nuggets Cause Two-Day Illness - Wendy's, Nashville Tennessee

3/21/2023, I got spicy chicken nugget meal with fries and Dr pepper. This is a meal I've eaten before from other locations with no issue. I have no issues with spicy food and no gastrointestinal ailments. Apx 2 hours after eating I felt sick and have had nausea and diarrhea for 2 days with little to no appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Loss of Appetite
