Lukewarm Nuggets, Severe Illness - Wendy's, Anderson Indiana

Went to Wendy’s at 5pm yesterday Jan 11th 2018. I got a 6 pc nugget and value cut fry. The fries were super fresh but the nuggets were a little lukewarm. I didn’t think anything of it, until I got horrendous cramps, diarrhea and vomiting at 1am. To the point I woke my whole family up. It’s 5pm in the evening on the 12th and I haven’t stopped having diarrhea and vomiting. I called the manager to have him report it, I feel like he wasn’t about to report it. I prompted him to write down my info and contact corporate, he was dragging his heels doing so. And kept saying “I’m sorry” which I mean, life happens. I just want them to fix their s**t. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
