My son ate a bacon mushroom melt and a Frosty. He’s had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps since 3 hours after eating. It has lasted 72 hours so far. No one else in the home has been sick and no one else ate at Wendy’s. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
