Nuggets & Fries Illness - Wendy's, Apple Valley Minnesota

I ate fries and chicken nuggets on the way to work at 2pm yesterday and had a few bites of the bacon sriracha fries during my break. I had a stomach ache all night, couldn't sleep. Started throwing up at 1am this morning and I haven't stopped throwing up. I can't even keep small sips of water down.
