I went to Wendy's after work around 4:30 pm, I ordered a 4 for $4, chicken blt, fries, chicken nuggets, non sweet iced tea and had barbecue sauce on the side. I felt strange about 3 hours after my meal, that was actually my last meal of the day bc I wasn't feeling well. I was nauseous and had a headache that got worse throughout the day, by 10:30 I was in the bathroom throwing up my food. This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from Wendy's 4 for $4. Be careful, just saying. Definitely never ordering that again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
