I ate the grilled chicken asiago ranch club meal, and a 4 piece around 1:00 p.m on Friday, January 6th 2017. I had nothing else that day besides toast and yogurt. Around 7:00 p.m I started to get severe cramping in my stomach and horrible nausea. I also had heat flashes. At about 9:00 I projectile vomited all of my Wendy's up. I know it was the chicken/ and or bacon. I had diarrhea and vomiting constantly for the next 3 hours before I was finally too weak and tired to go on. I was moments away from going to the ER because the symptoms were so extreme. I didn't end up going because I was too tired to walk. I went to bed and woke up this morning feeling ok. Still waiting to see what happens next. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
