Additional information: Threw up hamburger lettuce tomatoes. I ate a burger from Wendy’s and became very ill. My stomach was hurting really bad. I was slumped over and had chills, headache and fever. I began to poop diarrhea. The diarrhea continued sending me to the bathroom several times. I felt like I had to throw up and later did.
