On 1/20/21 at or around 11 am bought a large chille with cheese and a big lemon aid went home around the corner and sat in my car and ate about 30 minutes later I started getting a very odd pain in stomach then the pain kept coming felt nausea and after I have diarrhea and still do it's 1/21/2021 and I went to the restroom more them 9 times all night I may have to go to hospital | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
