Suspected source: Wendys junior bacon cheeseburger. The mayonnaise as well
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours

Additional information: The onset of symptoms occurred after about 4 hours and almost all symptoms on set instantly after 4 hours
