Tuesday October 23rd at about 7pm I had chicken nuggets fries chicken BLT sandwich chili chocolate frosty and a pop at Wendys. Went to bed 100% healthy but woke up with a terrible cold headache runny nose sore throat earache lung flem with a cough. I didnt have a fever just needed to select a symptom to proceed. Could this be from the food or something else... | Symptoms: Fever, Headache, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Cough, Soreness
