Spicy Nuggets Cause Illness - Wendy's, Hagerstown Maryland

On Friday night, April 8, 2022, I came through the drive thru at approximately 940p. I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget, a junior bacon cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich meal, large with a strawberry lemonade. I made it home about 950p, and my husband and I ate dinner. At about 1040p, after I showered, I began to get sleepy, however feeling nauseated. My husband came up soon after stating he was super tired all of a sudden. At 130am, I became overly nauseous and I vomited. About 320a, Diarrhea came. At 430a, my husband woke up with cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. We were sick all day April 9th. I had to call out of work, we were weak, nauseous and just very sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
