Oily Fries Illness Report - Wendy's, Sault Ste. Marie Ontario

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: I bought french fries and chicken nuggets from Wendy's (GNR, Sault Ste Marie). I got sick next day morning, feeling drowsy, vomited, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and cramps. I couldn't stand for even 30 minutes. The fries had too much oil and it was not changed after long weekend. This made me sick for three days.
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Just make sure, fries are cooking in good oil, filtered, and changing frequently. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
