I went to Wendy’s on Sunday 8/5/18 around lunch time (1:00pm). I ordered a side caesar salad, 6 peice chicken nugget and a jr bacon cheeseburger deluxe. Got home, ate the salad, the burger and 2 chicken nuggets. By 8pm I was feeling warm, and didn’t feel too good. I took my temperature and had a 99.9 temp. Took Tylenol and went to bed early. Woke up the next morning at 6am, Monday 8/6 feeling worse but still forced myself to get up and go to work (luckily I’m a nurse and work in a hospital), got to work I was feeling super light headed, nauseous, and my stomach felt like someone was grabbing and twisting my intestines. I threw up several times and had the runs and my fever hit 102.1. I checked myself in the ER and got IV fluids because anything i would drink let alone eat, would come right back out. Went home early. Fever and diarrhea continued. Didn’t go to work today 8/7, my stomach is still cramping, still have a low grade fever (100.3), feeling lightheaded, fatigued, and diarrhea. Hopefully I feel better by tomorrow, we are supposed to be going to Italy for 10 days on Thursday and I’ll be livid if I have to cancel the trip. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Fatigue, Lightheaded
