I ate the 4 for $4 with a cheeseburger yesterday at 3pm and have eaten nothing since and ate nothing before. I had a bad fever last night, sever headache, fatigue and nausea and it wasn't until this morning and all throughout today that I've been vomiting nonstop. I can't even keep down a sip of water or soda. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
