Yesterday I ordered a single burger combo with extra pickles, fries and a Diet Coke. Within 2 hours I was vomiting, having diarrhea and sweating. My hands and feet also started to tingle. I researched food poisoning on the internet and came to the conclusion that I have food poisoning from Wendy’s. It was the only meal I had eaten yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
