I ate a grilled chicken avocado salad Wednesday night, 8/17/2022, woke up the next morning extremely nauseous and sick to my stomach, it’s like a really sour belly feeling and just a really upset stomach, accompanied by a headache I haven’t been able to eat for 3 days now bc of this. I’ve never had a problem after eating this same salad, before. But I haven’t been able to eat since and haven’t had an appetite since either. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
