Picked up a Wendy’s double cheeseburger with no bun at 9:30pm, after I had not eaten all day. Tasted fine, but at about 4am I woke up and was profusely sweating, ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea and was vomiting. It is the day after now and I still cannot hold anything down and feel extremely weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Sweating
