E. coli Suspected in Salad - Wendy's, Holtsville New York

I ate the summer salad 3 days ago and since then my stomach has been very sick. I didn’t know about this having a possible e-coil outbreak but it’s not supposed to be in ny. Either way I am positive it was the salad. I ate it late went to bed and was experiencing stomach pain by the morning and still now 3 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
