Left top golf at 8 pm up at 1 am abdomen pain for hours headache diarrhea explosive at 530 am. Nausea had to call in to work at 530 am. I had the chicken wing dip. I am a nurse that was am awful experience  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
