Wendy's chicken sandwich, with lettuce and mayonnaise, My stomach started rumbling and churning about 4 hours after eating the sandwich, diarrhea started around midnight, through the night, into morning. I was the only one in my family to get chicken sandwich, only one sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea
