Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: I only ate that subway meatball sandwich that day
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Lost 10 lbs. in 2 days, Never been so sick. Never been so sick.

Wendy's chicken sandwich, with lettuce and mayonnaise, My stomach started rumbling and churning about 4 hours after eating the sandwich, diarrhea started around midnight, through the night, into morning. I was the only one in my family to get chicken sandwich, only one sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
