Minutes after eating their grilled chicken wrap I was nauseous. I don't know what part wasn't good because it tasted a bit off but my hunger got the best of me so I ate it. I vomited several times, am getting an increasing temperature every couple of minutes and have had to run to the bathroom several times for the last part. I can't believe this I have never had food poisoning before in my entire life. I'm never eating fast food again. Especially this Wendy's I mean my kids ate here before for gods sake. This should not happen to any single person. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
