After eating a salad for an early lunch I started to feel sick to my stomach with some flatulence. About 2 hours after eating the salad I got a headache shortly after that I was dizzy and lightheaded. Then the diaherra came. I was so sick to my stomach and was gagging and dry heaving the rest of the night. The only food I ate that day was a small bowl of instant oatmeal for breakfast and the Wendy salad around 11:30. I started getting sick about 12:30 and it lasted all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Flatulence, Headache, Dizziness, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
