Burger, Fries Cause Illness - Wendy's, Walnut Creek California

I had a mushroom burger and baconator fries tonight around 6:30. Around 9:30 pm, my stomach started hurting. At about 10:00pm, I started vomiting. It’s now almost 3 am and I have not been able to stop vomiting. At this point, I’m mainly throwing up foam. I have not been able to keep down Pepto Bismol or even the smallest sips of water. I’m also having severe diarrhea, so I find myself sitting on the toilet with my face in a bag while liquids are coming out both ends at the same time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
