My husband and I ordered online carry out at Wendy’s in Bend, Oregon on 9/26/25 @6:08 pm. I noticed my Double Stack burger tasted weird, and wasn’t good at all so I stopped eating it not even halfway through. My husband ate all of his. We both started to feel severe stomach pain and nausea within about 30-45 minutes of eating. We also had a junior frosty and French fries with our burgers. I had chocolate, he had vanilla. The pain became worse and worse over the next hour, with mine consisting mostly of horribly painful gas bubbles, bloating and distended stomach, nausea and sweating. Very sharp stomach pain to where it felt like I couldn’t take it and maybe needed to go to the ER. His symptoms were the same but came on slightly later - maybe 10-15 minutes after mine started. He became severely ill, for the next few days, continuously experiencing very severe diarrhea, painful gas, fevers and chills and nausea - resulting in extreme dehydration by the next morning and throughout the next two days.Name: Sarah McCloud
