Me and my fiancé got Wendy’s around 8pm for dinner. We both got the mushroom Swiss burger but I got a taco salad also. He’s completely okay after the burger but I’m vomiting and have diarrhea a few hours after eating when I only ate the taco salad a few bites of the burger. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
