I love Wendy’s and have eaten there many times but this times I ate the southwest chicken salad and the day after experienced crippling stomach cramps. It has been 5 days of cramping, fever, headaches, and now vomiting. It’s been the only thing that I had eaten that day and since except for water and crackers. I just wanted to know if any one else has this occur. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
