Last night close to 10 pm December 4th I had a Dave's Single Burger, Small Fries and Small Coke. I woke up at 3 am with stomach pain, nausea, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. It is morning and I still have symptoms. I believe I was poisoned by the burger as I did not eat anything else last night. I ate at the Wendy's on Peters Rd. in Lititz PA | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
