Garlic Parm Nuggets Reaction - Wendy's, Memphis Tennessee

I got & ate the food around 11:15-11:25 a on Tuesday, June 18th. I got the new 10pc “Saucy Nuggs: Garlic Parm” combo with fries and a blueberry pomegranate with no ice. The meal tasted okay, it was very oily. I was fine after eating the first 2-3 nuggets, but I quickly lost my appetite, which led to me forcing myself to eat 2 more nuggets. After that, I couldn’t stomach anymore. At around 2:30-3p that day, I began getting a headache. Around 4p I also started feeling nauseous, lightheaded, & fatigued. Around 6p, I started having acid reflux & heartburn. Around 9p began the frequent bathroom runs to have bowel movements & throw up. It’s now almost 11:30p and I’ve been having burning diarrhea for the last several hours, a very upset stomach, chills, feel dehydrated, and still have nausea, a headache, and vomiting. It’s safe to say, that will be my last Wendy’s meal ever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Lightheaded, Heartburn, Acid reflux, Loss of Appetite
