I ate a 4 for $4 spicy chicken wrap, chicken nugget, small fry and a Coke Zero around 4pm Sunday April 7th 2019. About an hour later, I had diarrhea that prevented me from continuing my work. I had to leave early, my stomach was hurting me so badly! | Symptoms: Diarrhea
