It was approximately 3 p.m. when I stop by the drive-thru to order a small chili from Wendy's as well as power Mediterranean salad. I was fine until about 4 a.m. of the following day when I hide away weird sensation in my stomach and I woke up and I just started throwing up fever and diarrhea just a warning to my fellow people who eat at the facility. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
