At Wendy"s in late November, i got a chicken sandwich with only lettuce and mustard. I got a salad with the same lettuce as the sandwich. I am assuming that the lettuce I had was contaminated? The symptoms lasted for a week! I vomited 5 times but the vomiting ended on Thanksgiving, 2 days after the problem started. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
