I ate at Wendy’s on 8/2 and have been severely sick ever since. I specifically ate the chicken wrap on the 4 for $4 menu. After the few first bites I felt funky...I have had a fever, stomach cramps along with vomiting and diarrhea and a headache and my whole body including my skin hurt with no let up.My kids all ate there as well. None of them got the wrap and haven’t gotten sick. I have an appointment to be tested for salmonella. I was seen in ER today. I have confirmation of having salmonella AND E-coli. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
