4 years ago reported by user-xvgv8578 business

Wendy's, South Randall Road, Algonquin, IL, USA

245 South Randall Road, Algonquin, 60102 Illinois, United States

About a month ago I had a Spicy Chicken Jalapeno Popper sandwich. Normally I am able to handle spicy food but for some reason, this sandwich was giving me sharp pains in my chest and heart. I only ate about half of it. I had some nuggets and fries as well, which I finished. A week later I become extremely sick and so nauseous that it hurts to move even an inch. I threw up maybe 10 times over the course of that next week. For 2 weeks I was out of work. f*ck you. im never coming back | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
