Additional information: 5 days later still sick from this. Ate 2 of their $5 Biggie Bags (jr bacon cheeseburgers) spicy nuggets and fries.
This was probably 9pm, started feeling the onset of what I know now was food poisoning from Wendy's
First day was very nauseous and fatigued, thought I could sleep it off. But no was very wrong. Ended up going to hospital where they ruled the flu out.
Fever, chills, severe fatigue, severe stomach pain, worst acid reflux of my life. This has been going on for 3 days.
Today I finally have the strength to get out of bed and shower. Still having stomach cramps, some fatigue, acid reflux caused by what? Idk it's crazy all I've had is water. Still have diarrhea and can't stomach much at all. This is day 5 after eating Wendy's | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Cramps, Fatigue, Acid reflux
