Additional information: First meal of the day was Wendy’s lunch today. Ordered a small burger and a frosty. 5 hours later I broke out in a cold sweat and became very nauseous. I felt very weak and thought I might faint. Then, 3 rounds of diarrhea and 4 rounds of throwing up. I have pounding in my head and am feeling weak. I have never had anything hit me this quickly and assuredly, will NEVER eat at Wendy’s again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness, Sweating
