Saturday , I went grab Wendy’s specifically a Dave’s single with no pickles , no lettuce and extra mayo. Sunday is when everything started happening, my stomach was hurting , I couldn’t eat anything , I went to the bathroom and started throwing up. Monday at 3am I started fully vomiting , I was vomiting ALL DAY.. I couldn’t keep anything down , I couldn’t drink anything.! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
