Ordered a number 1 (Dave Double) and a Melon Lemonade.

12 hours later, I am experiencing confusion, cold limbs, and a flaming hot stomach. I run to the sink and let it rip 4 times. Also lost a lot of water on the toilet.

It is 11/13/2022, 1:20PM. I have no recovered , and I feel like death. I live nearby. Hoping this isn’t the end for me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Confusion
